Florian heads up all mobile activities in EMEA and Oceania for Konami Digital Entertainment, one of the top five Japanese videogames publishers. In this role he directed the creation of the company’s European mobile content development facilities, as well as the establishment of a comprehensive supplier and distributor network. Under his responsibility Konami has released a line-up of highly acclaimed mobile games based on some of the world’s most successful video game brands, including Pro Evolution Soccer, Silent Hill and the Metal Gear series.

He achieved a masters degree in economics from the Berlin based Free University and holds the rank of captain in the German army reserves.

Away from work, Florian has a passion for endurance sports and competes in triathlon, running and long distance hiking competitions.
